Tiit Oidjärv
Tiit Oidjärv has worked in spatial planning for more than 15 years. Currently, he is the head of spatial planning policy at the Estonian Ministry of Regional Affairs and Agriculture. Supporting the development of spatial planning system and practice in Estonia, his focus areas have been cross-sectoral and multi-level policy development, cross-organisational and international collaboration, national level digitalisation of spatial planning, and contributions to planning legislation. Also, Tiit has participated in the preparation of spatial decisions as a consultant, working with both local and national level plans. For a couple of years, Tiit had the possibility to contribute to the development of both public and private sector organisations and policies in Estonia and abroad at Ernst&Young advisory services.
